Industrial wastewater treatment has its help Posted by : admin / Posted on : Jan 04, 2020

Industrial wastewater refers to wastewater, sewage and waste liquid produced during industrial production, which contains industrial production materials, intermediate products and products that are lost with water, and pollutants generated during production. With the rapid development of industry, the types and quantities of wastewater have increased rapidly, and the pollution of water bodies has become increasingly extensive and serious, threatening human health and safety. Therefore, for the protection of the environment, the treatment of industrial wastewater is more important than the treatment of municipal wastewater.
  The actual treatment of industrial wastewater in production refers to that the water used in the industrial production process is appropriately treated for production or properly discharged from the factory, including the management of production water and measures taken to facilitate the treatment of wastewater.
  The quantity and quality of industrial wastewater depends on the product and production process, and varies greatly. It is not appropriate to use typical data. It should be inspected on the spot. A large amount of cooling water is used in the industry, and most of the different materials are in contact. The quality of the used water generally changes little, but the water temperature has risen. In contrast, the liquid and washing wastewater used in the production process (except wastewater from papermaking, textile, printing and dyeing industries) generally have a small amount of water, but the water quality is extremely complex and the concentration is generally high.
  The parameters of industrial wastewater pollution are mainly these: chemical oxygen demand, suspended solids, pH value, etc. Five-day biochemical oxygen demand is also a common parameter, but it is not applicable to some industrial wastewater. The chemical oxygen demand and five-day biochemical oxygen demand of industrial wastewater are as high as thousands and ten thousand milligrams / liter. The pH value of acid and alkali wastewater is often far from 7. When industrial wastewater contains special pollutants, special pollution parameters, such as phenol, need to be used. Toxic and harmful metal ions can be tested for toxicity using biological experiments (usually fish experiments), and using Salmonella typhimurium-Ames Test to determine the specific denaturation. The choice of pollution parameters depends on how the wastewater is treated, that is, its impact on the environment.
  Modern electromagnetic flowmeters are based on traditional force sensors. With the development of new sensors and electronic technology, capacitive force-inductive flowmeters have high sensitivity, accuracy, and wide measuring ranges. With its unique anti-interference and anti-impurity properties, electromagnetic flowmeters can replace the flow measurement problems that conventional flowmeters can measure. Electromagnetic flowmeters are especially suitable for high viscosity, dirty media, easy to condense, block, high temperature, low temperature, It also has good adaptability in difficult working conditions such as corrosion and other flow meters.
  The main product features of electromagnetic flowmeter:
1. No moving parts, resistant to dirt, easy to install and maintenance free;
2. Can choose a variety of anti-corrosion and high and low temperature resistant materials (such as Hastelloy, titanium, tantalum, etc.);
3. The whole machine is fully sealed without dead corners, without any leakage points, and can withstand high pressure of 6.3MPa;
4. The sensor is not in contact with the measured medium, there is no component wear, and it is safe and reliable to use;
5. There are multiple installation methods to choose from.
