1. The power circuit or signal circuit is open circuit or poor contact; the method of troubleshooting: use a multimeter to check and eliminate the fault point.
2. The printed circuit board and connector of the display are faulty or have poor contact; troubleshooting method: replace the printed circuit board.
3. Pre-amp failure; troubleshooting method: Use an iron bar under the detection head to move quickly, and when there is no signal output, check whether the coil is disconnected and the solder joint is desoldered.
4. The power supply voltage of the preamplifier is too low; troubleshooting method: increase the power supply voltage to the specified requirements.

2. When the flow rate is zero, the flow rate does not display zero and the value is unstable.
1. The shielding and grounding of the transmission line is poor, and it is interfered by the external electromagnetic field; troubleshooting method: check the grounding and eliminate the interference.
2. The pipeline vibrates, causing the impeller to vibrate; Troubleshooting method: strengthen the pipeline or install supports before and after the flowmeter.
3. Globe valve leakage; Troubleshooting: Check or replace the valve.
4. The internal boards of the display instrument or the electronic components are damaged, causing interference; troubleshooting method: use the "short-circuit method" or check one by one to find the fault point.

3. The displayed flow is inconsistent with the actual flow.
1. Impeller corrosion, blade deformation; Remedy: Repair the impeller or recalibrate after replacing the impeller.
2. The sundries hinder the rotation of the impeller, and the method of removing sundries shall be adopted.
3. The output signal of the detection coil is abnormal; troubleshooting method: test the insulation resistance and on-resistance of the coil.
4. The bypass valve leaks; troubleshooting method: close the bypass valve and replace it if necessary.
5. The appearance of distortion or pulsating flow in the flow velocity distribution upstream of the flowmeter; the fault diagnosis method determines the cause and takes measures to eliminate the distorted or pulsating flow.
6. Display instrument failure; troubleshooting method: repair the display.
7. The display meter is not connected correctly; the troubleshooting method is to correct the connection error.
8. Display instrument setting error; troubleshooting method to correct the setting error.
9. The actual flow exceeds the specified flow range; a troubleshooting method that replaces the flowmeter of the appropriate caliber.
