1. Overview of Ultrasonic Flowmeter

2. Analysis of the source of noise
In the ultrasonic flowmeter measurement system, there are many types of noise source materials. like:
(1) Large electric and magnetic field interference that may exist in the installation environment of the flowmeter;
(2) The noise brought by the water pump when installed close to the water pump is close to the ultrasonic signal;
(3) The communication system carried by the operator;
(4) High-order harmonics in the power supply;
(5) The noise interference caused by the high frequency crystal oscillator on the circuit board. For noise sources from the outside, the main solution is to reduce the sensitivity of the circuit to noise, reduce noise pickup, and cut off the noise coupling path. For noise sources from the system, such as the circuit board, the signal ground is adopted. , Digital ground separation, multi-point grounding, and reasonable wiring solutions.

A noise problem must have three elements. First, there must be a noise source; second, there must be a receiver sensitive to noise; and third, there must be a coupling path that transmits noise from the source to the receiver. Therefore, in order to solve the noise problem, it must be solved from these three aspects.
