The embedded ultrasonic flowmeter includes a measuring tube. There are measuring holes on both sides of the measuring tube. The two measuring holes are staggered back and forth along the axis of the tube body. A transducer measuring component is arranged on the outside of each measuring hole. The energy conversion measurement assembly includes a fixed seat connected with a measuring tube, a rotating tube is installed in the fixed seat, and the outer wall of the rotating tube is in sliding fit with the inner wall of the fixed seat. The reflecting hole corresponding to the measuring hole in the rotating tube is provided with a reflector opposite to the reflecting hole, the upper part of the rotating tube is provided with a transducer facing the reflector, and a pressing wire is provided in the rotating tube above the transducer.

An O-shaped sealing ring is arranged between the rotating tube and the fixed seat. The O-shaped sealing ring is arranged on the outer wall of the rotating tube above the reflecting hole. The O-shaped sealing ring prevents the water in the measuring tube from running along the rotating tube and the fixed seat. The gap between them spouted.

By installing a rotating tube in the fixed seat, the rotating tube and the fixed seat are in sliding fit, when the transducer and reflector need to be cleaned or replaced, by rotating the rotating tube, the wall of the rotating tube is used to block the measurement on the measuring tube Hole, there will be no water spray when the wire is opened, which is convenient for cleaning or replacing the transducer and reflector. There is a groove on the top of the rotating tube to rotate the tube body, which is convenient for rotating the tube and setting The O-shaped sealing ring is used to prevent the water in the measuring tube from spraying along the gap between the rotating tube and the fixed seat, which facilitates the removal of the transducer and reflector, improves the accuracy and service life of the ultrasonic flowmeter, and is consistent with the current situation. Compared with the technology, its design is reasonable and easy to use, and the reflector and transducer can be cleaned without disassembling the entire flowmeter.
