There are no movable mechanical parts, so the reliability is high and the amount of protection is small. Appearance parameters can be stable for a long time. Piezoelectric stress sensors are generally used, with high reliability, and can be operated within the operating temperature range of -20 ℃ ~ + 250 ℃. It has current signal and digital pulse signal output. It is easy to be used with computer and other digital systems. It is a relatively advanced flow meter.
In the process of installation, the accuracy of the appearance of the device is not good, and even the appearance is damaged. Now let's talk about a few requirements for gas measurement with the vortex steam flowmeter device.
1: Try to stay away from valves and elbows.
2: Can be installed as far away from the oscillation source as possible, because the vortex flowmeter is more sensitive to vibration.
3: The principle of high or low device, because steam will form condensate, long-term water accumulation will cause a certain degree of impact.
4: In addition to the accurate selection requirements corresponding to the appearance, usually the installation of the device requires a straight pipe request of 10D before 5D.
Of course, the distribution of fluid velocity and pulsating flow will affect the accuracy of the measurement. When the vortex generator is contaminated, it will also bring errors to the measurement results, so it needs to be further improved.
