The correct equipment of the electromagnetic flowmeter is a prerequisite for its normal operation, and the reasonable equipment also facilitates future use and protection. In the process of electromagnetic flowmeter equipment, we strictly abide by its rules on planning, testing and power supply.
1. Before the equipment, it is necessary to confirm the integrity of the flange, fabric, shell and outlet sleeve, check whether the circuit board and components are welded firmly, and whether the model and code are consistent.
2. The arrow on the pipeline should be consistent with the actual flow direction, the upstream and downstream reserved straight pipe sections that meet the length, and the electrode is immersed in the measured fluid. The sensor should pass the horizontal position of the electrode.
3. Ensure that the ambient temperature and humidity of the equipment site are within the allowable range of the instrument. The base of the equipment should avoid violent vibration and strong magnetic fields. The instrument should not be exposed to rain.
4. Ensure that the measuring tube is coaxial with the process pipeline, the fittings are intact, and the lubrication is excellent. Reliable connection with metal pipeline and reasonable selection of grounding resistance. Appropriate use of cathodic protection can extend the life of the instrument.
