Why should the sensor installed in the gas flowmeter be far away from the possible interference? Posted by : admin / Posted on : Aug 20, 2020

The sensor installed in the gas flowmeter should be far away from possible interference sources, such as external magnetic fields, etc.
1. When installing, pay attention to downstream installation, that is, the installation direction is the same as the liquid flow direction, which is reflected in the flow direction and the sensor arrow direction on the sensor.
  2. The upstream and downstream gas flowmeter rate should be taken into consideration during installation. Therefore, the upstream pipe port should be slightly larger, generally greater than 20dn, and the downstream pipe should not be too small. At least ensure the normal flow of liquid, which needs to be greater than 5dn
  3. The sensor should be installed far away from possible surrounding interference sources, such as external magnetic fields, etc., or simply filter the external interference and add a protective cover to the sensor
  4. The sensor should not be installed in the open air as far as possible, because it is easy to enter the water. If it is unavoidable to install in the open air, it needs to be waterproofed at the amplifier plug of the sensor
  5. The data receiving circuit of the sensor needs to be selected according to the situation of the receiving end, and the data is mainly received.
